Insurance Short Pays

Due to your vehicle's advanced safety features and other essential aspects, extensive training and specialized equipment are needed to complete a proper repair. Unfortunately, this may increase the repair cost to a higher level than some insurance companies agree to pay. Please understand our staff will do their best to collect all necessary fees from the insurance company or at-fault party. However, the amount the other party agrees to pay is out of our control. After many attempts to resolve the issues, we have decided the best policy is to notify our customers in advance of the possible out-of-pocket expense. We appreciate the opportunity to repair your vehicle and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
